Take Action on Video and Computer Games

To comment on the classification or rating of a video game:


Tip: If you’re commenting on a video game or gaming ad that depicts women in a degrading or stereotypical manner, you should send a copy of your letter to the Canadian advocacy group Media Watch.
To comment on the content of a video game:

  • Contact the game manufacturer. Most manufacturers have toll-free numbers.
  • Contact the Film Classification Board in your province or territory.
  • Write to your local member of parliament.


To complain about the advertising of video games:


To encourage video game manufacturers to produce better games for girls:
