Submit a Lesson

Submit a Lesson Help - Flash Version

Overview

Submit a LessonThe MNet site publishes hundreds of lessons on a wide variety of media education topics. Most are MNet originals but we welcome contributions from our users.

Do you have a lesson that you'd like to have published on our site? To make it easy for you we provide an online submission form.

Full credit will be given for all lessons that are published.

Please note that not all lessons will be accepted, nor will there be any payment. MNet is  a not-for-profit organization which provides media education materials as a service to the public.

To access the form,  click on the link at the bottom of the Lesson Library tool on the "For Teachers" main index page.

Submitting a Lesson

MNet lessons have a specific format.  Review the lessons currently on the site, or take a look at  the sample lesson linked to from the top of the online submission form.

Prepare your lesson in the required format, then enter the lesson components into the online form. The required elements are indicated with an asterisk (*) beside the section titles.

When you're finished, type in your name and email, and click the Submit button at the bottom of the page.

A confirmation window will appear to acknowledge that your lesson has been received.

If your lesson is accepted for publication, you will be contacted by an MNet representative to discuss the details.
